18 September 2026
Huttons’ pipeline data of 10 August 2026 gives Lucerne Grand’s preview as 18 September 2026. The developer’s own Buyer’s eBook says “coming soon, Q3 2026” and names no date, so treat 18 September as Huttons’ date until the developer confirms it.
What is known about cost
The land, not the homes
The one cost figure on the public record is the land: the site was tendered at $1,132 per square foot per plot ratio, from Huttons’ pipeline data of 10 August 2026. That is what CDL paid for the right to build, not what a home here will sell for. A selling price is the land cost plus construction, financing, the development charge and the developer’s margin, and only the developer can set it.
Anyone quoting you a launch psf for Lucerne Grand today is estimating. The honest answer before a price list exists is that nobody outside the developer knows.
Before the day
What to have ready
Your budget, checked
An in-principle approval from your bank, or the CPF and cash position if you are buying outright. Units move quickly at a preview and a maybe is not a position.
Two or three stacks
Not one. The stack plan on the residences page shows which type sits where; pick a first choice and two fallbacks in the same size band.
Your stamp duty
BSD always, ABSD depending on your profile and citizenship. The calculators on the main site will give you the figure before you commit to anything.
The school question, settled
If a Primary 1 registration is part of the reason you are buying, read the location page first — the official data does not list this address yet.
